1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Exotic Mushroom Center Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") and our customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer" or "you") that are established via email, telephone, or contact form. Deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

1. Our offers on our website, via email, or by telephone are non-binding and subject to change.
2. A contract is concluded when we confirm the customer’s order explicitly via email or telephone, or when the goods are delivered to the customer.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

1. All prices are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include the statutory VAT, if applicable.
2. Payment is made via bank transfer upon invoicing, unless otherwise agreed. The invoice is sent either by email or in paper form.

1. We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
2. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
3. Any further liability is excluded.
